THE HOUSE JOURNEY
5 questions
We do the deep-dive, you sign, and move to Phase 2 optimization immediately. The remaining time shifts to a more thorough process.
That's a responsible concern. The service is structured in two clear, sequential phases: €2,000 to begin Phase 1 (search and guidance), and €1,500 when Phase 2 begins (optimization, after you've purchased). This way, you only pay for the full optimization if you actually buy a property. If your search is paused or circumstances change, you've only invested in the guidance you received.
Phase 1 (search) is 12 weeks, extensible if needed. Phase 2 (optimization) begins after you've purchased and takes 2-3 weeks to complete. The total timeline depends on how quickly you find the right property.
Remote uses floor plans + location/orientation data + photos/videos + a walkthrough call to deliver the analysis—fast and usually sufficient. On-site adds an in-person visit to verify details you can't fully capture remotely (surroundings, external forms, subtle layout factors)—best for final confirmation or complex properties.
It's 0.1-0.7% of your investment. Most clients say it's the best money spent.
